my stay was delightful as the modern decor perfectly matched the comfort of my room. It was only a short walk to st asaph's cathedral and the beautiful brynbella gardens, making it ideal for my weekend strolls. being a solo traveler, I appreciated the value for money in my superior room with a lovely large bath but it would have been nice to have more information about room servicing during my stay.

We had one night in a super comfy room that was really clean and modern. The food in the restaurant was tasty, but we did feel a bit let down by the lack of management since no one addressed our concerns about the unclean bed linen. Overall cool vibe though!

The room was spacious with a comfy bed and a powerful shower. I loved the big bath too. The breakfast had plenty of options, like fresh pastries and organic juices. The spa facilities were lovely and not crowded, so perfect for relaxation.

Charging extra for spa access is ridiculous!!! It felt more like a caravan site clubhouse with dogs barking during meals. The reception staff's customer service was lacking, and there needs to be better reservation management!!!
